Account Deletion

The fastest way: in the ROLLS app go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your account and associated data straight away.

Prefer email? Follow these steps:

  1. Compose an Email: Open your email application and compose a new email.
  2. Recipient: Address the email to support@rolls-skating.com.
  3. Subject Line: In the subject line of the email, type: "ROLLS - Account Deletion".
  4. Provide Information: In the body of the email, please include the following details:
    • Your full name.
    • The email address associated with your ROLLS account.
    • Any additional information that may help identify your account.
  5. Request Account Deletion: Clearly state that you wish to delete your account from the ROLLS app.
  6. Send Email: Once you have provided all the necessary information, send the email to support@rolls-skating.com.
