The fastest way: in the ROLLS app go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your account and associated data straight away.

Prefer email? Follow these steps:

1. Compose an Email: Open your email application and compose a new email.
2. Recipient: Address the email to support@rolls-skating.com.
3. Subject Line: In the subject line of the email, type: "ROLLS - Account Deletion".
4. Provide Information: In the body of the email, please include the following details:
   • Your full name.
   • The email address associated with your ROLLS account.
   • Any additional information that may help identify your account.
5. Request Account Deletion: Clearly state that you wish to delete your account from the ROLLS app.
6. Send Email: Once you have provided all the necessary information, send the email to support@rolls-skating.com.

• Processing Time: In-app deletion is immediate. For email requests, please note that it may take up to 90 days for your account to be deleted from the ROLLS app after submitting your request.
• Data Removal: Deleting your account will result in the permanent removal of all associated data, including your profile information, mastery (skating) history, saved clips, submitted skating spots, preferences, and any other personal data linked to your account.
• Confirmation: After your account has been successfully deleted, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided.

These instructions adhere to the account deletion policy of the Google Play Store. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a transparent process for account deletion.
